Pennsylvania’s Tiltrock Loop Links Five Trails Into One Long Hike
Pennsylvania hikers have long known there’s a lot more to the state than the Appalachian Trail. Now a new 300-mile route called the Tiltrock Loop ties five existing trails into one big circle through south-central Pennsylvania and northern Maryland. Better yet for anyone who loves a challenge, no full thru-hike had been logged as of late September coverage.
