El Niño Could Mean Thin Ice for Minnesota Anglers
Temperatures topped 70 degrees across much of Minnesota this past weekend, and some anglers are still running open water later than they ever have. It feels great right now. But forecasters are watching what could turn into the strongest El Niño on record, so ice anglers have good reason to wonder what their favorite lakes will look like by Christmas.
